# Forward Flow

## Overview

The Customer will utilize the Finley platform to generate ongoing servicer reporting and corresponding receivable sale agreements. Additional Forward Flow artifacts and templates can be set up with the Finley team to support the transaction. Dynamic purchase prices based on covenants are supported.
